We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the staff provided excellent service, even with language barriers. the room was spacious and clean with adjustable lighting and comfortable beds. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding restaurants and cafes. the convenient bus stop made traveling around the city a breeze. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a quadruple room, a great surprise for our large group.

The hotel could improve its housekeeping service by providing a Do not disturb sign , which would prevent early morning cleaning disruptions.

Excellent service, clean and quiet facilities, convenient location, helpful staff, spacious quadruple room.

Hard to think of anything.

During my New Year stay, I was pleased with the spacious quadruple room that came with two double beds, which offered extreme comfort for my friends and me. The room provided excellent lighting options with various brightness levels. the hotel's location couldn't have been any better as it was situated just footsteps away from a bus stop and near plenty of restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.

The breakfast options offered were not satisfying. The typical Chinese breakfast served with salty tapas was unpalatable, and the limited bread and butter & jam available were of poor quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, despite the language barrier. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of food options.

Can't fault anything about it.
